The Woolpower Long Johns Women's LITE is a lightweight merino base layer built for year-round wear, from cool-weather runs to layering up on colder stalking or hiking days. Knitted from 80% merino wool and 20% polyamide, LITE is Woolpower's thinnest fabric - a tighter 1.1-rib knit that trades some of the warmth of their heavier Ullfrotté Original range for a cooler, more breathable feel, while the merino content still handles moisture and odour naturally. The standout feature is the construction: a single lengthwise seam runs down the outer leg only, with no inner-leg seam at all, so there's nothing to chafe or rub as you move. A soft, smooth elasticated waistband carries a knitted-in Woolpower logo and sits comfortably under other layers. Worn next to the skin it works as a true base layer under trousers or overtrousers, and on milder days it's soft and breathable enough to wear on its own. Machine washable up to 60°C, it's a practical, low-maintenance addition to any women's outdoor layering system.
