The Pulsar Wildlife Ventex XT50 is a flagship thermal imaging binocular built for serious wildlife observation, birdwatching and field research. At its heart sits a 1280×1024, 12µm uncooled thermal sensor with a system NETD of less than 20mK — the highest-resolution sensor Pulsar Wildlife has fitted to a binocular — paired with a powerful 50mm f/1.0 objective lens that delivers a detection range of up to 2300m. Twin 1280×960 HD AMOLED displays provide the two-eyed comfort of conventional binoculars with crisp, high-contrast thermal imagery across a 17.5° field of view and a 2–16x magnification range. Built-in image stabilisation — a first for any Pulsar device — eliminates camera shake when tracking fast-moving subjects, and an integrated precision laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1500m with ±1m accuracy. A dual battery system combining an internal rechargeable Li-Ion cell and a removable APS3 pack delivers up to 8 hours of operation. The magnesium alloy body is rated IPX7 waterproof and operates from -25 to +50°C, while 64GB of internal storage and Wild Vision app connectivity keep your recordings organised.
