The Vortex Sport Riflescope Ring in 30mm High is a two-piece scope mounting ring designed to secure a 30mm tube riflescope to any Picatinny or Weaver-style rail. Machined from 6061 aluminium and finished in a Type 2 low-glare matte black anodised coat, these rings offer a robust and corrosion-resistant mounting platform suited to the demands of hunting and field shooting. The High height places the scope tube centre at 1.1 inches above the rail, providing ample clearance for medium-to-large objective lenses. An integrated recoil lug engages the rail cross-slot to mechanically lock the mount in place, preventing forward shift under hard-kicking centrefire loads. T-25 Torx cap and base screws secure the rings at precisely specified torque values laser-engraved directly onto the ring body — 15–18 in-lbs for cap screws and 30 in-lbs for base screws — so there is no guesswork during installation. Each set contains two rings, a T-25 Torx wrench and two spare T-25 screws.
