The Lee Auto Bench Prime is a bench-mounted priming tool designed to make seating primers fast and consistent on the reloading bench. Its symmetrical body allows comfortable right- or left-hand operation, and the lever gives just enough mechanical advantage to seat even stiff primers with light finger pressure, so you can feel the primer bottom out fully in the pocket. The kit includes priming assemblies for both large and small primers, and swapping primer size or shell holder takes seconds. The primer tray and cover are moulded in a tough, water-clear polymer so you can watch primers travel from tray to primer pocket, catching a sideways or upside-down primer before it causes a jam. The folding tray design allows quick loading straight from a full box of primers, with a built-in flipping feature that orients them the right way up. Mounting holes are spaced to fit the Lee Bench Plate system, or the tool can be bolted straight to a workbench.
