The Lee Adjustable Charge Bar fits in place of the standard Charge Disk on Lee's Auto Disk and Pro Auto Disk powder measures, giving a reloader a single, continuously variable charge rather than a fixed set of disk cavity sizes. Lee's four standard charge disks between them offer 24 fixed cavity volumes; the Adjustable Charge Bar covers the range between those settings, from .28cc up to 1.6cc, via a zero-backlash micrometer adjustment built from solid brass in a lifetime nylon body. That matters when a load manual calls for a powder charge that falls between the nearest two disk cavities — rather than compromising on the closest fixed option, the bar can be dialled to the figure specified. It is equally useful for load development, where working up or down in small, repeatable increments is the whole point. Fitting is straightforward: it drops into the same measure body as a standard disk, following Lee's usual installation instructions. A worthwhile upgrade for anyone doing serious load work on an Auto Disk or Pro Auto Disk measure who has outgrown the fixed disks.
