The Petron S1 is a wooden-riser take-down recurve bow kit built for archers moving up from a leisure bow, and this is the left-handed Strong version with a 34lb draw weight. The wooden handle pairs with fibreglass limbs for a classic look and feel, while the take-down design breaks down for easy storage and transport between the house and the archery club. Being part of Petron's colour-coded S1 range, the limbs can be swapped later for a lighter or heavier set as an archer's strength develops, without needing a whole new bow.
