The Gerber Short Stack is a compact 15-function multi-tool built for AR-15/M4/M16-pattern rifles, designed to solve field cleaning and maintenance needs without adding bulk to a set-up. At just 2.88in overall and 2.8oz, the three-piece tool is fully magnetic, so the individual pieces click together for storage and stay put in use rather than rattling loose in a pack. It is sized to slot inside Magpul MOE and MIAD pistol grip storage compartments, keeping it on hand at all times instead of buried in a separate cleaning kit. Onboard functions include scraping surfaces for the firing pin, bolt and bolt carrier group, an adjustable buffer tube tool, a flash hider tool and a front sight adjuster, plus a pull-through handle sized for Otis cleaning cables. For M-LOK-equipped rifles it carries a 7mm wrench and two-sided hex bits, covering the common fasteners used on M-LOK rail systems. Made at Gerber's Portland, Oregon factory, it is a genuinely pocketable way to keep a semi-auto rifle running clean and properly adjusted between range sessions or out in the field.
