The Lee Collet Neck Sizing Die for .30-06 Springfield is a single-purpose neck-sizing die designed for the handloader who wants to preserve the full-length fire-formed fit of their brass. Rather than working the entire case body, it uses a steel collet to squeeze the case neck against a precision mandrel — producing a precisely aligned neck with minimal run-out and a bullet fit that is dialled in to your own rifle's chamber. Because the shoulder and body are left untouched, brass lasts far longer than it would through repeated full-length sizing: Lee rates case life at roughly ten times that of conventionally sized brass. No case lube is required, keeping the process fast and clean. Recommended for bolt-action use only, with cases fired in the same rifle; not suitable for semi-auto, pump or lever-action firearms. Takes the standard 7/8"-14 thread fitting used by all major reloading presses. Part number 90960.
