Sooner or later every handloader puts a case into a full-length sizer die with too little lubricant, and it jams fast. The RCBS Stuck Case Remover is the standard fix, freeing the stuck case from the die without damaging the die itself. It works through a simple two-step process: you drill and tap the exposed case head, then thread in the supplied cap screw and draw the case back out cleanly. Because the method clamps onto the case rather than forcing the die, your sizer is left undamaged and ready to carry on. The kit will work with any brand of standard sizer die, not just RCBS, so it earns its place on the bench whatever press and dies you run. For the stalker or rifle shooter loading their own .243, .308 or similar, it turns a session-ending jam into a few minutes' work and saves the cost of replacing a ruined die.
