The Caldwell Rock 2 is the full-size front rest, for zeroing, load development and bench work. It sits on the wide cast iron base, and alongside the elevation column it carries a windage adjustment, so you can walk the rifle onto the target left and right from the rest itself rather than shifting the whole thing on the bench. The matching rear bag is included.
Choosing between this and the Rock Jr 2: the Jr 2 does the same job on a narrower base with elevation only and no windage, and takes the same rear bag. Take the Rock 2 if you want windage on the rest or the steadier, heavier footprint.
