The Hawke XB30 FFP 2–8x36 brings true variable magnification to crossbow shooting. Unlike fixed-power or SFP crossbow scopes, the first focal plane (FFP) design keeps the reticle's holdover marks accurate at every magnification setting — use 2x for snap shots in a high seat and step up to 8x for precise long-range work, all without re-zeroing your aimpoints. This variant is calibrated for crossbows shooting 425–465fps. The XB30 Zoom FFP reticle is illuminated with a horseshoe-and-crosshair pattern for close work, numbered aimpoints from 40 to 70 yards, and non-illuminated dots to 100 yards. The 30mm mono-tube chassis uses 21-layer fully multi-coated Crown glass that delivers a wide-angle field of view of 70.1ft at 100 yards on minimum power. Capped turrets with ½ MOA clicks reset easily, parallax is set to 50 yards, and five intensity levels of red and green illumination suit different light conditions. A removable throw lever and fast-focus eyebell are included. Nitrogen purged, waterproof and fogproof.
