The Swarovski Z8i 2-16x50 Gen II is the versatile all-round choice in the Z8i illuminated rifle scope range, offering an 8x zoom ratio in a lighter, more compact package than the 56mm variants. The 50mm objective keeps weight down to around 610g while still delivering exit pupils of up to 10mm at minimum magnification, giving strong low-light performance across a broad hunting day from first light to last. At 2x the scope is wide and fast to acquire for walked-up game; at 16x there is enough resolution for longer shots across open ground. The Gen II cockpit redesign gives a more ergonomic layout, grouping the FLEXCHANGE illumination toggle and magnification ring so that both are accessible without shifting the grip on the rifle. The 4A-I illuminated reticle offers a clear aiming point in poor light with stepless brightness adjustment and a quick-off function. Supplied with standard L-mount 30mm rings, the scope suits a wide range of rifle action types.
