The Pulsar Trail 3 XR50 is a compact thermal imaging riflescope built for long-range hunting across open ground. At its core is a 640×480, 12µm thermal sensor with sub-18mK sensitivity, paired with a 50mm f1.0 objective lens for a detection range of up to 2200m and a wide 8.8° field of view. Thermal images are shown on a Full-HD 1920×1080 AMOLED display, with a proximity sensor that switches the screen off when the scope is lowered to save battery. A built-in laser rangefinder measures out to 1200m with ±1m accuracy, feeding distance data into the Stream Vision Ballistics app for trajectory correction and a suggested point of aim. The rounded Picture-in-Picture mode keeps a zoomed view of the target visible without losing situational awareness across the full 3-24x magnification range, and nine colour palettes cover everything from object detection to extended night-time observation. The magnesium alloy housing is IP67-rated and recoil-rated to 6000 joules for use on high-calibre rifles, and ambidextrous focusing knobs suit left- and right-handed shooters alike. A replaceable LPS7i battery pack gives up to 10 hours of operation, with built-in video recording and Wi-Fi connectivity via the Stream Vision 2 app. This model is supplied with a Weaver N-Mount.
