The Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 is a first focal plane tactical riflescope built for shooters who need consistent holdover and windage corrections from close range out to long distance, making it equally at home on a competition rig or a rifle set up for extended-range stalking. Because the glass-etched EBR-7C reticle sits in the first focal plane, its MOA-based subtension lines scale with magnification, so holdover and ranging marks stay accurate at any power from 5x to 25x. Tactical turrets give 1/4 MOA clicks, 35 MOA of windage and 70 MOA of elevation travel, with 25 MOA per full turn. The illumination dial is built into the side focus/parallax knob for one-handed adjustment in the field, offering 10 brightness levels with off positions between each for quick daylight-to-dusk changes. XR fully multi-coated XD lens elements keep the image bright and colour-true, while ArmorTek coating on the exterior lenses resists scratches, oil and dirt, and the shockproof, aircraft-grade aluminium tube shrugs off recoil. A 30mm tube, 3.4in eye relief and parallax adjustment from 25 yards to infinity round out a scope built to work as hard as the rifle it's mounted on.
