The Mjoelner Arild 36L is a silent loden stalking pack with an integrated, removable rifle carrying system built into the rear compartment — purpose-built for stalkers who want to walk into ground hands-free with the rifle properly carried on the back rather than the shoulder. The rifle slip is open at the top for quick deployment and removes entirely when not needed, freeing the rear compartment as extra storage. The 36 L main compartment carries compression straps, a spindrift collar and bottom access, with mesh side pockets and a reversible rain cover. Carry is handled by a breathable trampoline back system with wide adjustable shoulder straps, a wide padded waist belt and adjustable chest strap. At 40 x 64 x 18 cm / 2,550 g, the Arild is substantial — but the rifle-on-back configuration earns its weight on any approach where you need your hands free for binoculars, glassing sticks or terrain.
