The Mjoelner Geir is a long-gun slip cut from heritage loden with leather trim — a refined, properly built rifle case for stalkers who'll take a slip out of the car, walk in, and want the rifle protected and quiet on the way. The interior is thick foam with a soft fleece lining: foam absorbs impacts and knocks, fleece keeps the stock and scope coatings unmarked. Backpack straps mean you can carry the slip properly on the back across a field or up a stalking track — a useful step up over a single handle. At 130 x 30 x 13 cm / 1,700 g, the Geir takes most scoped sporting and stalking rifles with room for a moderator.
