Britannia Rails' extended rear-length Picatinny rail is built for the CZ 455 and CZ 457, extending backwards from the breech so the mounting position sits further back along the action — the eye relief a number of night vision optics need. It's made in true mil-spec Picatinny profile from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminium with a hard-anodised black finish, sliding directly over the rifle's factory 11mm dovetail and drawn up tight with the grub screws supplied for a firm, no-gunsmithing lock. As an extended-rear rail it's one of the longer options in the Britannia Rails CZ range, giving plenty of rail real estate to position rings exactly where a rear-mounted night vision unit or a long-eye-relief scope needs them. It's a flat 0 MOA base, so the extra length is about mounting position rather than elevation. As with every rail in the range, check your rifle's dovetail width against the maker's sizing chart before ordering, since not every CZ 455 or 457 shares the same 11mm dovetail.
