The Sportsmatch T084 is a two-piece, two-screw scope mount built specifically for the 15mm dovetail on Tikka rifle actions. It fits the Tikka T3 and T3x directly, including the factory arrestor pin arrangement, and also suits the older Tikka M55, M65, M590, M595 and M695/M695 Magnum models. The 30mm tube diameter and medium ring height accommodate scopes with an objective lens up to around 50mm on most rifles, giving enough clearance for the bell without needing extra risers. A removable arrestor pin locates against the action to stop the mount creeping under recoil, so zero holds where you left it. Like the rest of the Sportsmatch range, the T084 is CNC-machined in the UK to close tolerances rather than cast or stamped, which is what gives these mounts their reputation for a genuinely no-play fit. Compact and light at 98g, it is a dedicated, purpose-built alternative to a universal clamp-on ring for anyone running a Tikka bolt action.
