The Warne Mountain Tech Tactical Rail is a one-piece Picatinny scope base machined for Remington 700 pattern long-action receivers (also compatible with the new-pattern Bergara long action and HS Precision Remington 700-style long actions). This version carries 20 minutes of angle built into the rail, biasing the scope's elevation adjustment toward longer ranges so a long-range scope keeps enough turret travel to reach out further before running out of adjustment. Precision CNC-machined from 7075/T6 aluminium and finished in a mil-spec hardcoat anodised black, it weighs just 1.8oz while giving a rigid, properly aligned mounting platform. It ships with both 6-48 and 8-40 tapered, self-centering Torx screws finished in black zinc for corrosion resistance, covering the different screw patterns found across Remington 700 clones, and takes standard Picatinny and Weaver-pattern rings as well as NATO-STANAG mounts. Warne recommends no more than 25 in/lb of installation torque, with a removable thread-locking compound for a secure but serviceable fit. Made in the USA, it suits anyone building a dedicated long-range optic setup on a Remington 700 long action or compatible clone.
