The Morakniv Curved Boning Knife is a professional butchery tool built to handle heavy boning work day in, day out. Made in Sweden by Mora of Sweden (Frosts), it carries the same heritage found in abattoirs and game larders across Scandinavia and beyond. The 154 mm semi-flexible stainless steel blade is curved to follow the contours of bone, letting you strip carcasses cleanly with minimal meat loss — equally useful in a commercial butchery, a game dealer's larder or at home after a successful deer stalk. The blade runs to 1.80 mm thick at the spine and is hardened to 58 HRC via a deep-refrigeration process, giving it a keen edge that holds up to sustained use. The black elastomer handle is double-moulded around the tang, providing a secure, non-slip grip in wet or blood-slicked conditions. At 284 mm overall, it is a practical size for a wide range of boning tasks, from haunches and shoulders to saddles and ribs.
