The Morakniv Classic No. 3 Blade is a genuine replacement blade for the Classic No. 3 craft knife, made in Mora, Sweden. The 135 mm blade is ground from German carbon steel (C100S, sourced from C.D. Wälzholz GmbH) and hardened to 58.5 HRC, giving it the crisp edge retention and easy resharpening that Morakniv carbon steel is known for. The full rat-tail tang slots directly into the Classic No. 3 handle, making a swap straightforward for anyone who has worn out their original blade or wants to restore a well-used knife rather than replace it entirely. The blade uses a Scandi grind at 22–24° total angle, producing a low primary bevel that is fast to bring back to shaving sharp on a whetstone. At 2.5 mm thick and stiff in flex, it handles heavier carving and woodcraft tasks without flexing off-line. Total assembled length with a handle fitted is 251 mm.
