The Hunter Specialties Deluxe Deer Drag is a safety-orange body harness designed to take the strain out of recovering deer and other large game from the field. The harness distributes the load across your upper body rather than through your arms alone, letting you walk forward in a natural posture while keeping your hands free. Adjustable shoulder straps and a sternum strap keep the system positioned correctly on your torso, while a waist belt adds stability and helps transfer effort through your hips — the strongest muscle group for sustained hauling. The forward-facing design means you can pick your footing safely, a real advantage on rough ground or in failing light. A drag rope is included, ready to attach to the animal straight from the pack. Compact and lightweight at under half a pound, it stows easily in a day-sack and adds almost nothing to your carry weight on the way in.
