The Castore Adapt Training 1/4 Zip Top is a lightweight training layer built for freedom of movement and easy temperature control. Cut from 100% polyester mesh, it uses Castore's AerTek fabric technology, which wicks sweat away as effort rises so the top stays comfortable through a session. Raglan long sleeves keep the shoulder seams clear of the load path, giving an unrestricted range of motion for pressing, throwing and reaching overhead, while a stand collar adds a touch of extra coverage around the neck without adding bulk or extra weight. The centre front quarter zip is the top's main ventilation control - pull it down when the pace lifts and zip back up as you cool off, so you're never stuck in one setting for the whole session. A branded back neck tape and a reflective Castore logo at the left chest round off the detailing, with the reflective trim doing useful work on low-light training sessions as well as looking sharp. It's a straightforward, well-made piece for the gym, the track or any training session where a full jacket would be overkill.
