The Castore Adapt Training 1/4 Zip Top is a men's long-sleeve training layer that adds upper-body coverage without extra bulk. Cut from 100% polyester mesh with Castore's AerTek technology, the fabric wicks sweat away as you work, helping you stay dry through intervals, a gym session or a run. Raglan sleeves free up the shoulders for a fuller range of movement, while the stand collar sits close without restricting the neck. A centre-front quarter zip lets you regulate temperature on the move, from fully closed for warmth to open at the neck when things heat up. Branded back neck tape and a reflective Castore logo at the left chest finish the design. It layers easily over a base layer or under a gilet and is built for genuine training use rather than everyday casual wear. Wash at 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry or iron, and wash with like colours.
