The Fastball MagnaCut is Gerber's American-made EDC folding knife, built around a 3in Wharncliffe blade in CPM MagnaCut stainless steel - a powder-metallurgy steel valued for combining strength, edge retention and corrosion resistance in one alloy. The blade opens on a finger flipper running on a ball-bearing pivot (Gerber's B.O.S.S. Tech) for smooth, consistent one-hand deployment, and locks via an easy-release liner lock. Closed, the knife measures 4.1in and weighs around 79g, with an aircraft-grade aluminium handle finished in Urban Blue. A 3-position pocket clip allows tip-up or tip-down carry on either side, or can be removed entirely to suit how you carry it.
