The Skechers Workwear Malad II is a genuine safety trainer built to look like a sporty lace-up sneaker while carrying real protection underfoot. It is fitted with a composite safety toe tested to ASTM F2412/2413-2011 I/75 C/75, and the shoe carries an Electrical Hazard (EH) rating to ASTM F2412-2011, so it offers protection against electrical contact as well as impact and compression. The composite toe is metal-free, which suits sites where a steel toe cap is not wanted. Inside, a Skechers Air-Cooled Memory Foam insole gives cushioned, breathable comfort through a long shift, sitting under a mesh and synthetic upper with a padded collar and tongue for a comfortable fit around the ankle. The sporty lace-up design keeps it light and easy to wear all day, with a Skechers logo finishing the look. It is built for warehouses, workshops and yard or estate work where a composite safety toe and electrical hazard protection are needed but a heavy boot is not practical.
