Good quality product at a competitive price. Easy ordering and a quick dispatch. Already had an opportunity to use it and have been impressed so far.

Slight issue with the delivery. On the delivery details page there was an option to have the parcel delivered to a local post office collection point. This is usually a good option for those at work etc. However despite selecting this option the parcel was delivered to the local collection office, but I received no notifications letting me know the parcel had arrived. When I checked at the local post office it had arrived, but had not been delivered as a pick up point parcel. It had been dispatched as if the local post office address was my personal abode and as such had no tracking details supplied.

Subbed to newsletter so recieved a free postage voucher, yet to use it but seems very sleek and good quality. Screwed on well to my existing brass brush, jag and wool end.
