Gateway1 Sportsman 18" Dark Green is an entry-level vulcanised rubber wellington boot built for everyday field-sports use, made from a rubber compound containing 62% natural rubber for durability under heavy use. A 4mm neoprene coil lining transports moisture away from the foot, keeping the heel area comfortable and hard-wearing, with an overall comfort rating down to -5C. The 90-degree outsole includes a small heel kicker to make removing the boot easier after a day in the field, and the sole pattern is built for grip in typical UK ground conditions. An adjustable rear gusset allows the boot to be fitted around larger calves, and construction is fully vulcanised for a reliable, waterproof seal to the top of the boot. At 18 inches high, this is the taller option in the Sportsman range (also available in 12"), suiting deeper going and longer days than a standard wellington.
