The Fenn Mk4 is a genuine British-made spring trap approved under the Spring Traps Approval Order for use against rats, grey squirrels, weasels and mice. Manufactured in the UK by Fenn, it uses a powerful treadle-trigger mechanism that delivers a swift, lethal head kill when an animal passes through. By law the trap must be set inside an artificial or natural tunnel — such as a purpose-made trap box or a dry-stone wall run — to prevent non-target species from being caught. The safety catch must always be engaged when setting or transporting the trap: the jaws are capable of breaking bones in a human hand and the trap should be handled with care at all times. A well-proven choice for gamekeepers, farmers and pest controllers managing vermin pressure around game cover, feed rides and farm buildings, the Mk4 has been the standard tunnel trap on UK shoots for decades. Sold individually.
