The Brattonsound SC2S is a dedicated bulk ammunition storage cabinet designed for certificate holders who need to keep a substantial quantity of cartridges or components secure and separately from their firearms. The cabinet is constructed from 2 mm fully welded steel and features two internal adjustable shelves, giving flexible layout for different box sizes and accessories. The extra-depth design provides noticeably more internal space than standard-depth safes. Security is delivered by two reinforced locks set in a hardened housing, a full-length anti-jemmy bar along the lock side, and an anti-lever flange on the door housing — each element aimed at defeating the most common forced-entry attacks. The recessed door adds further resistance to pry attacks. Dimensions are 916 × 407 × 320 mm and the cabinet weighs 33 kg. It has been independently tested to British Standard BS 7558/92 and carries Police and MOD acceptance. Pre-drilled 14 mm fixing holes in the back and base allow secure anchoring to a wall or floor. Note: not suitable for the storage of black powder.
