The Harkila Reidmar Mid 2.0 GTX in dark brown is a leather hunting boot that feels far lighter than its rugged build suggests. The upper is oiled nubuck leather with reinforced stitching, giving a robust boot that still moves easily over long days on the hill. Inside is a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX Sierra membrane, tested during manufacture to guarantee reliable protection in wet conditions. The Harkila wire lacing system (UTURN) makes the boot fast to put on and take off, tightening or loosening with a simple turn of the dial rather than fiddly laces. A semi-stiff Vibram Campus outsole gives dependable grip and support across mixed terrain, from soft ground to rock. The medium-length, roughly 8-inch shaft suits general stalking and walking use. Sizing runs down to EU 36, so the boot is unisex and also suits older children.
