This is the genuine Lightforce AC/DC charger for the 9Ah sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery pack that powers Lightforce's handheld and scope-mounted lamping lights. It runs from either a standard 240V mains socket or a 12V vehicle socket, using the supplied mains adaptor and cigarette-lighter lead, and automatically recognises whether it is charging a 6V or 12V battery, so there is no manual switching to get wrong. The mains adaptor is supplied with a UK three-pin fitting alongside the other regional plugs in the set, and the charger itself is compact and light at around 95 x 60 x 35mm and 125g, so it stows easily in a vehicle door pocket or gun cabinet.
