Hard Yakka's 3056 PR Side Zip Safety Boot is the 3056 platform built to a genuine women's fit, rather than a men's boot in a smaller size. In Wheat, it keeps the same protective core as the rest of the range: a composite toe cap and a non-metallic Wellmax puncture-resistant plate, both certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 and rated S1P FO HRO SRC, sitting above a 300°C heat-resistant rubber outsole and a shock-absorbing Phylon midsole. Fastening is a single 10-gauge YKK coil side zip rather than laces, so it goes on and off in seconds. A memory foam/PU footbed cushions every step, and a flexible neoprene 'hoodie' collar plus a padded collar and tongue are shaped for a woman's ankle, adding support and stopping rubbing through a long shift. AEGIS anti-microbial treatment keeps the boot fresh, the leather upper is water-resistant, and an abrasion-resistant scuff cap protects the toe. The lining is REPREVE fibre made from recycled plastic bottles, with a GRS-certified recycled toe bump and heel stabiliser.
