The Härkila Wildwood 2.0 GTX Women is a lightweight boot built on a last designed specifically for the shape of women's feet, rather than a scaled-down men's pattern, shown here in Mid Brown. The upper is made from hardwearing Cordura, chosen over leather for being quicker-drying, more breathable and lighter, with reinforced toe and heel panels and reinforced stitching adding to its durability. At around 520g per boot it sits among the lightest boots in Härkila's range, with a medium-length 6in shaft that suits walked-up days and general hill use without the bulk of a taller boot. A waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane keeps feet dry, while a lightweight, cushioning EVA midsole and a new rubber outsole provide comfort and support over rough or uneven ground. Designed and manufactured in Europe, the Wildwood 2.0 GTX Women is built to the same standard as the rest of the range and carries a two-year warranty covering material or manufacturing defects — a practical, comfortable option for women who want a lighter boot than a full leather design.
