The A-Tec Optima 45 Front is a front-mounted sound moderator, so almost all of its length sits ahead of the muzzle and your foresight stays usable. It is a modular design: the two front modules can be changed to suit a different calibre while the rear module, fitted for the A-LOCK Mini system, stays on the rifle. The hybrid construction pairs a hardened aluminium alloy body built to handle heat with a stainless steel core for longevity. A-Tec quote overall performance of 28 dB(C), a weight of 260 g, a diameter of 44.4 mm, an added length of 150 mm and a total length of 165 mm, with 15 mm sitting over the barrel. This version is threaded M18x1 and is rated for calibres up to 6.5mm. A current firearm certificate is required to purchase.
