The Amblers Safety AS305C Winsford is a lace-up metal free safety boot built for tradespeople and outdoor workers who need genuine protection without carrying steel underfoot. In place of a steel toe cap it uses a 200 Joule fibreglass composite toe cap, backed by a flexible composite anti-penetration midsole rated to a minimum of 1100N, so the boot is lighter and won't set off a metal detector while still meeting EN ISO 20345:2011-S3 (WR HRO SRC). The upper is water-resistant leather over a breathable waterproof membrane and mesh lining, keeping feet dry through wet ground, yards and kennels alike. A twin padded PU collar and removable PU footbed add comfort for long shifts, while the dual-density PU/rubber outsole gives excellent ladder grip, is antistatic and oil-resistant, and is heat resistant to 300 degrees. An energy-absorbent heel and TPU heel support with a scuff cap add durability where boots take the most punishment. Unisex, standard fitting, 30mm flat heel. A solid, practical boot for keepering, farm, yard and general trade work where wet conditions and underfoot hazards are a daily reality.
