The Birchwood Casey 22-Piece Universal Gun Cleaning Kit is a complete cleaning system covering rifle and shotgun bores from a single case, so one kit does the job of several calibre-specific sets. A custom T-handle with a locking chuck holds each brush, jag or mop securely in place, and the kit includes a 5-piece brass cleaning rod plus seven bore brushes sized for .22, .243, .27/.28, 6mm/.264 and .30/.308 calibre rifles and 12 and 20-bore shotguns. Five matching brass jags cover the same rifle calibres, and two bore mops with adaptor handle the shotgun bores. A dual-end cleaning brush and a dual-end pick are included for awkward spots such as chambers, extractors and bolt faces, alongside 50 non-woven fabric patches in two sizes (1.5" x 3" and 3" x 3") to suit different bore diameters. Everything packs into a durable storage case with a fold-out kickstand that keeps tools within easy reach at the bench, and a self-adhesive magnetic strip inside the lid stops small metal parts going astray.
