TASTY BURGER WITH ONION RECIPE 10lb of meat Half to pint of water Mince the meat and place in mixer. 2. Add Burger mix and mix well, to evenly distribute. 3. Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed. 4. Re-mince through a 5mm or 8mm plate to achieve the desired texture NOTE: Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured product. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5ºc.

Best flavour burgers

I used to use this seasoning when I worked in a butchers who supplies many of the hotels in the Lake District, it’s the best taste, much nicer than any of the shop bought burgers and works out around the same price, everybody loves them! Buy it, taste it and never go back! Can I buy a box please 😁

Bought this burger seasoning because I was sick of buying burgers with no taste. My husband is a retired butcher and he made some burgers this week and the whole family loved them.
Great flavour and the seasoning is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
