This FX regulator repair kit covers the Crown, Impact MKII and Impact M3 regulators produced after serial number 183534, as well as the FX Maverick and Wildcat in the same revision. The kit contains the o-rings needed to fully reseal the regulator, which uses a brass piston in this later design. Serial number 183534 marks a definitive change in regulator specification: rifles at or above this number — and all Impact MKII and M3 regardless of serial number — use the post-183534 regulator addressed by this kit. Fitting the Crown MK2, this service also applies from serial number 180760 onwards. If you are unsure which kit applies to your rifle, check the serial number stamped on the action before ordering.
