The Gehmann 301S-N is an ISSF-compliant flip-up eyeshield, or blinder, built for target rifle and pistol shooters who need to block the sight in their non-aiming eye without shutting it completely. At 30mm wide it meets official I.S.S.F. competition rules, so it's fine to wear in sanctioned matches as well as club practice. It's supplied complete with Gehmann's 305 clamp, which fastens the eyeshield to your shooting glasses or frame and lets you flip it up out of the way between strings for normal vision, then flip it back down for the next stand. The 301S-N is finished in black; Gehmann also makes the same eyeshield as the 301T-N in translucent white and the 301W-N in plain white, for shooters who prefer a lighter shade. It's a simple, low-cost fix for the common problem of a dominant or distracting non-aiming eye, and it sits within Gehmann's wider range of shooting frames, irises and lens holders.
