The Covert RG Basic Webbing Harness is the wearable backbone of Hazard 4's Covert RG system — a 4-point harness built from nylon webbing that lets you carry the Civilian Device and Universal pouch-modules in whichever way suits the job. Clip a module on and the same harness converts between three carrying styles: belt holster, shoulder bag or chest-rig, so one piece of kit adapts to what you're doing rather than needing three separate carriers. Rotating male buckle tips let the straps twist freely as you move, so the load settles naturally instead of pulling the harness out of position, and a 3D rubber Civilian-branded plaque finishes the front. It's sold as the harness alone — the Device and Universal pouch-modules that actually carry your kit are separate purchases — so this is the base layer to build a modular carry system around, whether that's a compact belt rig for a short walk or a shoulder-slung setup for longer days out.
