The Hi-Tec Bandera Expedition Low Hiker in Smokey Brown/Khaki is the low-cut version of Hi-Tec's Bandera Expedition walking boot, offering the durability and waterproofing of a full hiking boot in a lighter, more flexible shoe profile. A suede and mesh upper is backed by Hi-Tec's Dri-Tec waterproof, breathable membrane, so feet stay dry over wet ground and bog without the shoe overheating on the way back up. A ghillie lacing system with rustproof hardware gives a snug, adjustable fit, and the padded collar and tongue prevent rubbing on longer days out. Abrasion-resistant heel and toe caps guard against rock and root, a lightweight fork shank keeps the sole flexible while resisting twist underfoot, and a removable moulded EVA footbed sits on an impact-absorbing CMEVA midsole for all-day cushioning. The M-D Traction outsole bites confidently on both ascents and descents.
