The Hush Puppies Alfie Bungee is a junior boys' school shoe built around a bungee-style touch-fastening strap, giving a secure fit without the fuss of laces — ideal for younger children who are still learning to dress themselves for school. The upper is quality leather, paired with a flexible TPR sole that keeps the shoe hardwearing through the playground while staying comfortable for all-day wear. A rear pull tab makes the shoe easy to get on and off, and the removable Bounce™ footbed provides energy rebound with every step, retaining its cushioning for all-day comfort. Together, these details make the Alfie Bungee a practical, low-maintenance choice for the school term — smart enough for the classroom, tough enough for break time, and simple enough that a young child can manage the fastening independently. It's a straightforward, comfortable shoe from a brand with a long track record in children's school footwear.
