The Immersive Optics 10x40 is a prismatic day scope built to pack full-size performance into a genuinely compact, lightweight housing. Its prism-based optical system does away with the long tube and large objective bell of a conventional scope, without giving up light-gathering power, field of view or magnification — in fact it offers up to 4x the field of view of a traditional sight and focuses down to just 6m, useful for close-range work over a hide or feeder. ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass keeps colour reproduction natural and chromatic aberration to a minimum, so the picture stays crisp even at distance. This model carries the glass-etched MilDot Extended reticle, illuminated for low-light use, with 0.1 mil turrets, no-parallax windage and elevation adjustment (MIL 28 | MOA 83) and precise 50-click revolutions. The CNC-machined housing is nitrogen-filled against fogging, sealed against water and rated shock-resistant to 600G, and it's supplied complete with a MOA-adjustable mount. Reduced bulk and weight mean better balance on the rifle and less fatigue over a long session. Suited to rifles with moderate to no recoil, it's a popular choice with airgun shooters. Runs on a single CR2032 battery and carries a 3-year warranty.
