The Immersive Optics 5x24 is a compact 5x magnification day scope built around a prismatic optical system rather than a traditional lens train. That design lets Immersive Optics do away with the large objective lens and long housing of a conventional scope, cutting bulk and weight without giving up light-gathering performance, field of view or magnification. The result is a lighter, better-balanced package on whatever rifle or air rifle it's mounted on, which makes it easier to hold steady for longer. It offers up to twice the field of view of a traditional sight of similar magnification and can focus down to as close as 6m, useful for close-range work. This model carries the glass-etched, illuminated MilDot Rapid reticle, paired with high-precision, no-parallax windage and elevation adjustment, and is supplied with an MOA-adjustable mount. ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass keeps colour reproduction natural and chromatic aberration to a minimum, so the sight picture stays clear even at distance. The housing is CNC-machined, nitrogen-purged against fogging and sealed against water ingress. It's intended for rifles and air rifles with moderate to no recoil, and runs on a single CR2032 battery.
