The Immersive Optics 5x24 is a compact, CQB-style prismatic riflescope built for rifles and air rifles with little to no recoil. Its prism-based optical system does away with the long housing and large objective lens of a traditional day scope, giving a far more compact and lighter unit — 304g without mounts, 434g complete with the supplied MOA adjustable mounts — without giving up light-gathering performance or magnification. Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass keeps colour reproduction natural and chromatic aberration to a minimum, even at distance, while the field of view is at least twice as wide as a conventional scope for faster target acquisition. It focuses down to as little as 6m for close-range work, and the 45mm eye relief and rearward weight bias make it comfortable to shoot for longer without fatigue. This model carries a glass-etched, illuminated MilDot reticle on precise 0.1-MIL turrets, with up to 28 MIL/83 MOA of elevation and windage adjustment. The 30mm tube housing is CNC machined, nitrogen-filled against fogging and sealed waterproof, with a shock rating to 600G, so it stands up to genuine field use in the UK.
