Jack Pyke's Lightweight 12 Gauge Cleaning Set is a compact bore-maintenance kit built for shooters who want a proper clean without carrying a heavy field cleaning box. The set is built around a nylon three-piece cleaning rod, paired with a metal jag, a woven jag and a nylon brush, giving you the essentials for clearing residue from the bore, chamber and action after a day's shooting. Being lightweight and compact, it packs down small enough to sit in a rucksack, cartridge bag or gun slip pocket, so it can travel out on a shoot day as easily as it lives in the gun cabinet at home. It suits 12 gauge shotguns and covers the basics of a thorough clean, whether that is a quick wipe-through between drives or a fuller strip-down clean once you are back from the field. Straightforward, portable and built to do the job without unnecessary extras, this is a sensible addition to any 12 gauge shooter's kit bag.
