The Chasseur is Le Chameau's flagship zip boot, and this version is lined with 3mm neoprene for warmth when the weather turns cold. Each pair is handcrafted from start to finish by a Le Chameau master bootmaker in the brand's own supple Chamolux natural rubber and tested to make sure it is 100% waterproof. A full-length waterproof Riri AQUAzip runs up the side with a rubber strap at the top, making the boot easy to get on and off and letting you close it snugly around the leg. It comes in a choice of eight calf fittings, from 39cm to 52cm, so you can choose a shaft that suits your leg as well as your shoe size. The front is reinforced with aramid fibres against abrasion, a shank reinforcement board with anti-fatigue arch support adds stability, and the dual-density, shock-absorbing Grip/Cross sole grips on wet grass, mud and rough ground. Neoprene insulates well but is not breathable, so in warm weather or on long, active days your feet may perspire; dry the lining thoroughly if it becomes damp. Choose your EU shoe size and calf circumference when ordering.
