The Lee Collet Neck Sizing Die for the 7.62x39 Russian squeezes the fired case neck onto a precision mandrel with a steel collet, keeping the neck aligned and reducing run-out. Only the neck is sized and no case lubricant is needed. Lee recommends it for cases that have been fired through your own firearm only. Sold as a die only, with undersize decap mandrels available separately.
