The Lee Collet Neck Sizing Die for the 7.62x54 Russian uses a steel collet to squeeze the fired case neck onto a precision mandrel, giving an aligned neck and reducing run-out. It sizes just the neck and needs no case lubricant, and is recommended for brass that has been fired through your own rifle. Sold as a die only, with undersize decap mandrels available separately.
